  • Chemical process pump is horizontal single stage single suction radial separation centrifugal pump, suitable for transporting clean and slightly polluted, low temperature and high temperature, chemical neutral and corrosive liquid medium.

    The scope of application includes:

    • Phosphate fertilizer plant: working as feeding pump, discharging pump or transfer pump of phosphoric acid slurry in evaporator system;
    • Bayer process alumina plant: working as feeding pump, discharging pump or transfer pump of sodium aluminate lye in evaporator system;
    • Diaphragm caustic soda plant: working as feeding pump, discharging pump or transfer pump of caustic soda in evaporator;
    • Vacuum salt making: working as feeding pump, discharging pump or transfer pump of sodium chloride in evaporation crystallizer;
    • Mirabilite factory: working as feeding pump, discharging pump or transfer pump of the Sodium sulphate in evaporator;
    • Hydrometallurgy plant: working as feeding pump, discharging pump or transfer pump of Copper sulfate and nickel sulfate medium in evaporation concentration system;.
    • Soda plant: working as feeding pump, discharging pump or transfer pump of ammonium chloride in evaporator and crystallizer;

    Main features of HSDCZ Chemical pump:

    • Hydraulic design: The axial force is balanced by a pair of blades or a balance hole, and a part of the pump body is designed to be a double volute to balance the radial force;
    • Shaft seal design: There are 3 kinds of standard seal forms, including packing seal, single end mechanical seal and double end mechanical seal, which can be selected to meet different requirement;
    • Structural design: Back opening design allow to dismantle bearing suspension components include shaft, impeller, shaft seal, etc without dismantling the motor and pump body;
    • Flange design: the inlet and outlet flanges have the same pressure rating with implementing the GB9113.1-2000 PN2.5MPa standard,
    • Rigid design of pump shaft: heavy cylindrical roller and a pair of double angle contact ball bearings can be used to bear larger radial load and axial load, so that the overall rigidity of the pump shaft is strengthened.
    • Dynamic balance: the impeller does the test and correction of dynamic balance. The pump has small vibration and low noise. It is very favorable for the life of the shaft seal and bearing;
    • Bearing box design: The lubrication and cooling effect of the bearing can be ensured by the use of a large capacity storage tank, and the use of a constant oil level meter and a magnetic safety breathable plug. On both sides of the bearing box, the oil - resistant rubber seal with a skeleton lip type can be used to keep the lubricating oil in the bearing box clean.
