  • Falling film evaporator, rising film evaporator and forced circulation evaporator can be combined as multi process evaporator with advantages of different type evaporators. Multi process evaporator breaks the limitation of the single evaporation process, reduces the energy consumption, and widens the application range of the evaporator.

    With multi process evaporator, the raw material is concentrated in a rising film (falling film) evaporator and then enters the forced circulation evaporator for further concentration. Finally, the concentrated liquid enters the crystallizer for crystallization, and the qualified product is separated from the pusher decanter centrifuge.

    According to the needs of the product, salt leg crystallizer, DTP crystallizer or OSLO crystallizer can be adopted which is and suitable for crystal growth with relatively uniform crystal size. Finally, client can get excellent crystallization products.

    In theory, the combination of multi process evaporator is not limited to the rising film, falling film and forced circulation evaporator.  Normally, our company will choose the most suitable process equipment and form a combination to achieve the optimal effect of evaporator, according to the material properties and evaporation conditions,.
