The supersaturation of the solution occurs at the boiling surface and then sent to the bottom of the crystallizer. During the process of rising, the solution passes through the crystal bed and gradually eliminates supersaturation, and the crystal grows up gradually.
OSLO vacuum crystallizer avoids the precipitation of crystals on the heat exchange surface, and can grow into large and uniform crystals on the basis of continuous operation.
Suitable for cooling crystallization or evaporation crystallization of materials with steep solubility curve and lower viscosity of mother liquor, such as potassium chloride, ammonium chloride, sodium sulfate, ammonium sulfate, nitrate, persulfate, etc..
