In the design of horizontal intelligent crystallizer, special crystallization curve process control system is adopted to meet the requirements of various crystallization processes for different cooling rates.
The main features of Horizontal intelligent crystallizer as follows:
- Consists of internal and external circulation cooling systems
- The heat transfer surface consists of a shell jacket and a coil which rotates inside the shaft.
- The main shaft adopts hollow shaft, which greatly improves the heat exchange area.
- Equipped with spiral belt agitator and end scraping plate, compact structure and stable performance;
- By intelligent control of the appropriate speed reduction curve, it can effectively inhibit the rapid scaling of the heat exchange surface; meanwhile, strictly control the supersaturation of material, avoid excessive supersaturation and explosive nucleation from too large cooling rate.
- Minimal damage of crystal by coil agitating, second nucleation rate is reduced effectively, the crystal size is large, uniform and beautiful.
Suitable for the material with high viscosity and large amount of cooling precipitation, such as glucose, xylitol, xylose, nitrate, methyl phosphite, calyx, fluorene and so on.
