The high speed centrifugal spray dryer produced by our company is a kind of high efficient drying equipment. The spray dryer can turn the emulsion, suspending liquid and pasty materials into powder after spray drying. Particularly suitable for drying heat sensitive materials, can keep the material color and taste. According to the physical characteristics, it can be dried by hot air or cold air. The equipment can be used in a large number of products with large differences in characteristics.
Commonly used products include polymers and resins, fuels, carbohydrates, insecticides, egg products, microorganisms, amino acids, biopharmaceutical, surfactant, fertilizers, organic compounds, inorganic compounds, etc.
After the air enters the filter, the air will be heated in the air heater. The air heater type is various, including: the hot air stove, fin exchanger heat exchange and electric heater etc.
The heated air enters the hot air distributor mounted on the top of the drying chamber and enters the drying chamber evenly and flows in a spiral shape.
At the same time, the liquid is feed to the centrifugal spray head mounted on the top of the drying chamber. Under the high-speed rotation of the centrifugal plate, the liquid is sprayed into a tiny droplet, which greatly increases the contact surface area of the material and the hot air. The water evaporates rapidly and completes the drying operation in a very short time.
The exhaust gas will carry the material to the bottom outlet of the drying chamber and reaches the cyclone separator through the pipeline. The finished product is recovered from the collecting cylinder at the bottom of the cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is discharged by a centrifugal fan.
After the centrifugal spray, the surface area of the liquid is greatly increased. In the high temperature air, the drying can be done in a few seconds;
Because the drying process is completed instantaneously, the particles of the product retain the globule of the droplet and are hollow, so it has good dispersibility, fluidity and water solubility.
The material can be dried to power at one time and it does not need to be crushed and screened with following craft. The production process is reduced and simplified.
